PURPOSE: A plasma display panel is provided to easily control the space between substrates by arranging a spacer on the surface of the print glass. CONSTITUTION: The first electrode(13X) and the second electrode(13Y) are formed at an internal surface of a front glass substrate(11). The third electrode is formed at an internal surface of a back glass substrate(12). An interval between the front glass substrate(11) and the back glass substrate(12) are maintained by a spacer(42) and a print glass(41) which is coated on the spacer(42). To arrange the spacer(42) between the front glass substrate(11) and the back glass substrate(12), the print glass(41) is coated at the edge of the back glass(12). The spacer(42) is arranged at the surface of the print glass(41) in a predetermined intervals. A dielectric layer(14) and a protecting layer(15) are laminated at the internal side of the front glass substrate(11) in turn. A compartment(17) is formed at the upper surface of the dielectric layer(14) of the back glass substrate(12). A fluorescence agent(18) is coated at the inside of the compartment(17).
