PURPOSE: An apparatus for cutting and weighing sheet rubber and a method thereof are provided to automatize the entire processes of weighing and cutting the sheet rubber and thus, to reduce manual work. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for cutting and weighing sheet rubber for use in manufacture of tires (wheels) or technical rubber products includes: a weighing conveyor(200); a conveyor(210) for conveying sheet rubber cut in a designated size by weight; mixers(220) for mixing the sheet rubber; many stock feeders(230) for conveying the sheet rubber to the weighing conveyor(200); a rotational blade(240) for cutting the sheet rubber; a loading die(250); a weighing controller(260) for automatically weighing the sheet rubber conveyed to the weighing conveyor(200); and a PLC(270) for automatically driving and controlling the above elements.
