摘要 PURPOSE: A device for automatically controlling the injection quantity of an explosive is provided to minimize noise and vibration by automatically controlling filling density of the explosive injected into holes perforated on center and outer circumferential surface of rock wall and perform succeeding operation smoothly by minimizing damage of country rock. CONSTITUTION: In a device(100) for automatically controlling the injection quantity of an explosive which is equipped with a hose(50) for injecting explosive into blast hole perforated on a rock wall and installed at an ordinary explosive injection vehicle, the device(100) comprises an upper frame(10) on which a driving roller(14) rotated in forward and reverse directions is installed; and a lower frame(12) which is connected to the upper frame(10) by shaft sealing(32), and on which an idle roller(16) positioned on a line perpendicular to the driving roller(14) to guide the hose(50) is installed, wherein a cylinder(24) for vertically rotating the upper frame(10) around the shaft sealing(32) is installed at one side of the upper frame(10), and wherein a guide pipe(30) through which the hose(50) passes is installed on the lower frame(12).
