PURPOSE: A vehicle body structure of an engine rear mounting part is provided to improve total durability of the engine rear mounting part by making a space unit formed between a side of an engine mounting bracket and an inner rear panel in a box-closed section and to reduce traveling noise by preventing the generation of rumble noise in accelerating a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle body structure of an engine rear mounting part is composed of an engine mounting bracket(2) formed in a section structure to be opened to an engine room and weld-combined and mounted to a front side member(1) at the bottom side; an engine mounting extension panel(3) welded and combined to the side of the engine mounting bracket; an inner rear panel(21) of which an end is welded and combined with the engine mounting extension panel and other end is welded and combined with an end of the engine mounting bracket positioned at the opposite to the engine mounting extension panel, bent at several times along the periphery of the engine mounting bracket that is not overlapped with the engine mounting extension panel; an engine mounting reinforcing panel(22) positioned at the opposite side to the engine mounting extension panel about the engine mounting bracket and separated from the inner rear panel, wherein both ends are bent and weld-combined to the inner rear panel, respectively; a front shock absorber housing panel(5) weld-combined with the engine mounting reinforcing panel; a weld pipe nut(23) of which an end is weld-combined to the engine mounting reinforcing panel, positioned in a space unit(S) formed between the inner rear panel and the engine mounting reinforcing panel; and a combination body of an assembly bolt(24) successively passing through a stay bracket(11), the engine mounting extension panel, both sides of the engine mounting bracket, and the inner rear panel and combining with the weld pipe nut. An end of the stay bracket is bolting-combined to the front side member and other end is positioned at the side of the engine mounting extension panel.
