PURPOSE: An electric heat sheet and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to achieve improved work efficiency by eliminating the necessity of forming a cut-out portion of insertion of heating wire. CONSTITUTION: An electric heat sheet(1) comprises a non-woven fabric(10) and a heating wire(30) arranged on the non-woven fabric. A strip shaped band(20) having a width larger than the width of the heating wire is disposed on the heating wire, and sewing lines(22,22a) are formed at both ends of the band, to thereby fix the heating wire on the non-woven fabric. The sewing lines are formed by a sewing unit which operates two needles at the same time.
