PURPOSE: A television having a function of selecting a sound is provided to simultaneously hear and watch a sound and an image broadcasted through different channels. CONSTITUTION: A television having a function of selecting a sound includes the first and second tuners(110,120), a signal processor(200), and a controller(300). The first and second tuners tune broadcasting channels. The signal processor reproduces a video signal output from the first tuber to display an image corresponding to the video signal on a screen(410) and selectively reproduces audio signals output from the first and second tuners to output the selected audio signal through a speaker(420). The controller controls the signal processor to reproduce one of the audio signals from the first and second tuners in response to a control signal inputted from the outside.
