PURPOSE: A separation type electrode and a reference electrode are provided in which body part of electrode and reference electrode is directly exchangeable in water without docking operation by using electrode cable formed in a separable connector type. CONSTITUTION: In electrode and reference electrode which has structure including body part(20) connected to electrode cable(30) extended to the inside of the hull(10) and, a cofferdam structure(40) for housing the electrode cable(30) in the sealed state, and which is installed to prevent corrosion of marine structure, the separation type electrode and reference electrode exchangeable under water are characterized in that the electrode cable(30) is connected and separated by female connector(32) and male connector(34), wherein a housing(50) is installed in the cofferdam structure(40) so that the electrode cable(30) passing through the cofferdam structure(40) is fixed to the housing(50) in such a way that the electrode cable(30) is sealed by the housing(50).
