PURPOSE: A standard electrode used to decide applied current and voltage is removed, and an optimum current is applied, thereby reducing cost. CONSTITUTION: In a forced current applying device for an ocean structure, a power supplying device(20) is installed in a certain position of the ship(12). An anode(22) is installed in both side of the ship, and is connected to the power supplying device. A standard electrode installed using a separate water sealing device is unnecessary. Therefore, installing cost is reduced, and damage to the ship is minimized. An optimum voltage applied to the anode is 1500-2500mV.
