PURPOSE: A method is provided to prevent engine hunting and engine turn-off by setting the fuel injection and ignition timing from the abnormal signal detected from the discontinuous power supply after engine start. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a step(S100,S110) of judging whether the engine operates in a normal way when the engine starts; a step(S120) of judging whether the crank angle signal is input in a normal way if the engine operates in an abnormal way; a step(S130,S140) of changing the crank tooth elapse time measurement system and detecting the long tooth section if the crank angle signal is input in an abnormal way; a step(S150,S160) of outputting a fuel injection and ignition control signal and judging whether the engine operates in a normal way if the long tooth section is detected; and a step(S170) of outputting a fuel injection and ignition control signal if the engine operates in a normal way.
