PURPOSE: A method for preparing an asymmetric furofuranelignan compound is provided, thereby increasing the preparation yield, and simply preparing the compound has blood pressure lowering activity, anticancer activity and anti-oxidant activity. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an asymmetric furofuranelignan compound represented by the formula(1) is characterized by reducing a compound of the formula(6) into triethylsiline-borontrifluoride, wherein R1, R2 are R3 the same or different, hydrogen, methoxy or methyleneoxy.
