The invention refers to an antibiotic preparation, to a process for obtaining thereof that may be used in medicine and veterinary medicine for treatment of local microbial infections in hard and malacotic tissues. Summary of the process consists in that it is mixed with water an amphiphilic component, represented from sulphates, sulphamates or sulphonates, one or more antibiotics from the group of aminoglycosides, lincosamides or tetracyclines, one organic and/or inorganic auxiliary component and, optionally, at least one biologically active component.The obtained preparation may be used as resorbable or nonresorbable implant.Claims: 16
