PURPOSE: Provided is a sanitary toilet with a position-changeable seat which enables a user of a bidet to place his/her bottom at spray nozzle, in the state of being seated. CONSTITUTION: The sanitary toilet with a position-changeable seat comprises a support forming an upper surface of a toilet body(30); a seat(50) being connected with the support to form an outside of the support and to be movable along the support within a predetermined range; a fixing portion(70) to fix the seat(50) so as to be movable on the toilet body(30); and a number of rolling members(80) being positioned between the upper surface of the support and the seat(50) to guide the movement of the seat(50). The seat(50) forms a housing having a space for movement to cover the upper surface and the side surface of the support, and the base side includes a slider(51).
