OPTICAL PICK-UP ACTUATOR

PURPOSE: An optical pick-up actuator is provided to compensate for spherical aberration and continuously move a collimator lens. CONSTITUTION: An optical pick-up actuator includes a plate spring(55) connected between a movable unit(51) and a fixed unit(63). The plate spring has a protruded portion(59). The horizontal length of the protruded portion is longer than the vertical length of the portion. The fixed unit is connected to the protruded portion in order to support the plate spring. Displacement is generated at a free end of the plate spring while the movable unit is horizontally moved in the direction of an optical axis.
