BLOWER CAPABLE OF REDUCING DEFORMATION OF BLADES AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A blower and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce vibration and noise generated from the blower by preventing blades of the blower from being deformed. CONSTITUTION: A blower includes a driving motor, a hub(10) rotatably coupled to a rotating shaft of the driving motor, plural blades(20) aligned around the hub(10), and an anti-deformation wire structure(30), which is integrally formed with the blades(20) so as to prevent the blades(20) from being deformed. The anti-deformation wire structure(30) is inserted into each blade(20). The anti-deformation wire structure(30) is made of shape memory alloy and has a closed-loop shape. The anti-deformation wire structure(30) includes plural longitudinal wires and plural transverse wires.
