BREAD BAKING MACHINE AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are a bread baking machine and a method for controlling the same in which it is easy to remove a mix bag by rotating a kneading drum to a user's desired position in an abnormal state. CONSTITUTION: The bread baking machine comprises a body(1) in which an oven chamber and a parts chamber are formed; a pair of kneading drums(11,13) in which a grip portion is formed, the kneading drums being positioned to be parallel to each other at a predetermined space in the oven chamber and the grip portion in which both ends of a mix bag including bread baking materials are wound; a drum driver(25) to rotate the kneading drums in forward or reverse direction, the drum driver being positioned in the parts chamber; a drum position controller to manually control a rotation position of the kneading drums; a controller to control the drum driver so that the kneading drums rotate toward the rotation position controlled by the drum position controller; and a selector to select a mode to remove a mix bag to stop the rotation of the kneading drum in which the mix bag is gripped.
