PURPOSE: A flash trimmer of welding part is provided which promptly replaces the defective trimming bite with a new trimming bite mechanically during defects of trimming bite by sensing the trimming bite state when a welding part is trimmed. CONSTITUTION: The flash trimmer of a welding part comprises a bite turning part comprising a cross-shaped bite holder(204) rotationally installed on fixed block, a bite turning plate(206) fixed to a front end part of the bite holder, and a shaft to one side of which bite turning motor(208) is connected, and at the other side of which bite(202) is installed with the shaft being penetrated into the bite turning plate; a bite holder rotation part comprising an upper sprocket axially supported to an upper part of the fixed block so that the upper sprocket is driven by bite holder rotation motor, a connection shaft a front end part of one side of which is axially supported to the fixed block centering around hole(214) formed at center of the bite holder, and on a front end part of the other side of which lower sprocket is formed, and a chain connected between the upper sprocket and lower sprocket to transmit power to the upper and lower sprockets; and a trimming state sensing part comprising a micro sensor fixed to the fixed block to sense the trimming state, a wire connected to the micro sensor, a shaft connected to a front end of the wire and inserted into an up/down fixing stand, and wheels to which a lower part of the shaft is axially supported, and which is closely adhered to the surface of strip.
