PURPOSE: An air duct mounting structure is provided to achieve aesthetic enhancement of engine room layout and improved engine performance, while preventing the engine room from being contaminated. CONSTITUTION: A radiator panel(20) has a through hole(23) formed at the intermediate portion of the radiator panel so as to permit the front portion of the vehicle to be communicated to the engine room. An air duct(30) has an inlet directly connected to the rear side of the through hole. The radiator panel is constituted by an outer member made of a metal material and an inner member made of a synthetic resin.
