PURPOSE: Provided is a wastewater treatment apparatus with compact size and high treatment efficiency by combining an oxidation zone and a flotation zone. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an equalization tank for equalizing water flow and removing oils, fats and suspended solids, an oxidation-air flotation zone for simultaneously oxidizing and floating contaminants in wastewater, wherein the oxidation-air flotation zone has a compact size plasma generator for generating oxygen-enriched gas, an excessive air resuction device with a first and a second reactors installed between the oxidation-air flotation zone and the plasma generator for increasing reactivity between the oxygen-enriched gas and the contaminants, a sedimentation zone for separating liquid and solids and transferring the treated water, the liquid, to a treated water tank, and eliminating odor from the treated water, and a micro cartridge filter for filtering the treated water.
