RELEASE AGENT FOR MOLD FOR MOLDING GLASS PRODUCT AND METHOD FOR APPLYING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided is a release agent which is applied to the surface of a mold for molding a glass product simply and uniformly to improve the moldability and demoldability of the glass product and the productivity. CONSTITUTION: The release agent comprises 10-70 wt% of MoS2, 5-20 wt% of acetone and the balance amount of pure water. The release agent is applied by the method comprising: the step(S102) for cleaning the surface of a mold for molding a glass product; the step(S104) for applying the release agent; the step(S108) for curing the release agent to form a release layer; and the step(S110) for draw-polishing the release layer.
