PURPOSE: An automatic sun cap ironing machine is provided to obtain an improved ironing function, make the marketability of products identical as a uniform ironing is enabled and minimize a defective proportion by an accurate ironing. CONSTITUTION: The machine comprises: a fixed mold(132) having therein a heater connected to an external electricity supply line and a water tank connected to an external water supply hose and provided at the peripheral portion with a plurality of steam spray holes(123); a conveying mold(138) located at a rear part of the fixed mold(132); a conveying mold conveying unit for conveying the conveying mold(138) and closely contacting the same to the fixed mold(132); a pressure element(121) located at the front of the fixed mold(132) for pressing the outer circumferential face of the front part of a sun cap put on the conveying mold(138); a pressure element pressing unit for conveying the pressure element(121) and pressing the outer circumferential face of the front part of the sun cap; and a pressure element moving unit for putting the sun cap on or off the fixed mold(132) by rotatably moving the pressure element(121) to an upper side of the fixed mold(132).
