PAD FOR BRASSIERE CUP MADE OF COCONUT FIBER

PURPOSE: Pad for brassiere cup is provided by blending natural coconut fibers with latex raw extract then steaming the mixture in a molding frame to radiate far-infrared ray from the pad. CONSTITUTION: The pad is prepared by a process comprising cutting and chopping the natural coconut fibers into fine particles or powders(1); blending the particles or powders(1) with raw extract of latex(2) in a specified ratio; agitating the mixture to form an even mixture at room temperature; and pouring the agitated mixture into a molding frame then steaming the mixture by applying steam heat. In order to obtain the pad with lower weight, the agitated mixture is formed into a foam state of product with lower or high density by introducing desirable content of a foaming agent.
