PURPOSE: An apparatus for heating a chemical for blending rubber is provided to melt a chemical of a solid state into a chemical of a liquid state upon blending rubber and keeping the same within a predetermined temperature range to supply it to a rubber blending mixer. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises: an outdoor storage device(10) storing a rubber blending chemical of a liquid state; a chemical storage device(30) consisting of a first storage unit(31) storing the chemical of the liquid state supplied from the outdoor storage unit(10) via a first supply device(S1) and second and third storage units(33,35) melting the chemical of the solid state and melting the same; a chemical measuring device(50) consisting of a measuring unit measuring the chemical of the liquid state supplied from the first to third storage units(31,33,35) via a second supply device(S2) and measuring valves, a measuring container and a hopper; a rubber blending mixer(70) blending the chemical supplied from the chemical measuring device(50) via a third supply device(S3) and rubber; and a heating device(90) disposed outside the first to third supply devices(S1,S2,S3) and for keeping the temperature of the chemical within a predetermined range.
