PURPOSE: A paper feeding device of an image forming apparatus is provided to easily load paper in a paper-feeding cassette and easily set the paper-feeding cassette in the image forming apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A paper feeding device of an image forming apparatus includes a paper-feeding cassette(10) having a paper pressing plate(11) that elastically supports paper(1) loaded in the cassette, a locking member(40) for fixing the paper pressing plate to the bottom of the cassette, and an unlocking member for unlocking the locking member. The paper feeding device further includes a member(50) for preventing paper from being off the paper-feeding cassette due to the paper pressing plate that is elastically returned when the locking device is canceled.
