PURPOSE: Provided is a method for fabricating an air conditioner filter that is coated with p-n type titanium oxide is provided to rapidly cause effective surface reaction on the air filter even in closed space masked from light. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of coating a p-type titanium oxide film(10) containing titanium oxide, manganese, lithium, platinum, silver, vanadium pentoxide, tungsten trioxide, bismuth, nickel and cobalt oxide on a surface of a filter member, coating an n-type titanium oxide film(20) containing magnesium, lanthanum or iridium, and carbon on the other surface of the filter member, connecting a power supply to the filter member(30) by a conductive cable to supply electric power to the filter member(30).
