发明名称 METHOD FOR RECOVERING COPPER POWDER AND HIGH PURITY FERROUS SULFATE FROM HOT FORGED AND PICKLED METAL WASTE
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for recovering copper powder and high purity ferrous sulfate from hot forged and pickled metal waste is provided to simultaneously recover copper powder whose particles are formed in a sub-globular shape and has a particle size corresponding to a sieve size of 100 to 325 meshes and high purity ferrous sulfate using copper sulfate solution that is a pickling waste metal solution. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of removing oil contained in ferrous oxide scale by heating ferrous oxide for 1 to 3 hours as maintaining ferrous oxide generated in hot forging and rolling processes of iron works to a temperature of 250 to 380 deg.C; cooling the oil removed ferrous oxide to an ordinary temperature and drying the oil removed ferrous oxide at the same time; preparing ferrous oxide powder by milling the cooled and dried ferrous oxide scale as controlling particle size, particle shape and particle size distribution of the cooled and dried ferrous oxide scale in certain ranges; preparing reduced iron powder by reducing the ferrous oxide powder at a reduction atmosphere for 2 to 5 hours as maintaining the prepared ferrous oxide powder to a temperature of 950 to 1,000 deg.C in a high temperature reduction furnace; precipitating copper powder by substituting reduced iron for copper sulfate as maintaining the mixed solution to a temperature of 30 to 80 deg.C for 30 to 60 min after putting the prepared reduced iron powder into copper sulfate solution that is a pickling waste metal solution; and a ferrous sulfate recovering step of recovering solid phased ferrous sulfate by heating, concentrating and drying the produced ferrous sulfate solution.
