PURPOSE: A wheel and tire assembly having a metallic valve cap is provided to improve appearance, to prevent loss of the valve cap by assembling the metallic valve cap firmly, and to restrict air leak by inserting packing to a second groove in the valve cap. CONSTITUTION: A wheel and tire assembly is composed of a wheel having a rim part and a disk part; a tire mounted in the rim part; a valve inserted to a valve hole of the rim part and composed of a threaded part in the end; and a valve cap(20) combined with the threaded part of the valve. A threaded part is formed in a first groove(23) of the valve cap, and a grinding part is formed in the outer periphery of the valve cap. A second groove(24) is formed in the valve cap, and packing(25) is inserted to the second groove.
