摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a driving-device of a motor suitable for a semiconductor integrated circuit by suppressing a clamping current to minimum which is generated at a voltage clamping circuit provided between a source and a gate of an output transistor for a reduced power consumption. CONSTITUTION: The device is provided between the source and the gate of a first output transistor which makes a drive current flow a motor, while connected between a ground and a voltage clamping circuit that relaxes a high voltage generated at the source when both first and second output transistors are off. A constant current circuit acts to process a clamping current with a prescribed micro current in response to a first drive pulse.
