PURPOSE: An IC having logic circuits for setting an initial level is provided to stabilize an operation and enhance the reliability by using an initial level setup unit for removing a floating node. CONSTITUTION: An IC having logic circuits for setting an initial level includes a plurality of logic circuits. The logic circuits include a plurality of signal lines(11,12) and a plurality of logic gates. One or more logic gates of the logic gates include an initial setup unit to set up an input terminal to a predetermined level. The initial setup unit is formed with a transistor having a channel of long length and narrow width. The transistor is formed with a PMOS transistor when the initial level is set up as a high level or an NMOS transistor when the initial level is set up as a low level.
