PURPOSE: A method and a system for automatically generating a form are provided to generate and show an application of a partner from a vender according to the dynamically fixed questionnaire information, to transfer the contents inputted through the application to an optimal manager of a vendor fast and correctly, and to automatically store all information as a profile. CONSTITUTION: A manager interface(60) and a client interface(10) interface a manager and a client. A database(40) stores the design data needed for an application form desired by the manager. A form storing part(20) stores the application form. An automatic form generating processor(30) automatically generates the application form according to the input information inputted through the manager interface. A profile manager(50) stores and manages the data inputted to the application form by linking with the profile.
