The means is used for cleaning of wounds in the outpatient and the clinical practice in human and veterinary medicine. It has improved efficiency. It is made of natural cilinoptilolite in sticks or spatula, or disc, or in awl form. The means can be wetted in advance by alcohol solution from 0.5 to 30% natural biological additive, after which it is dried. The biological additive can be propolis, attar of roses, lyophilisate of a blossom of Hipericum perforatum and/or the blossom of Matricaria chamomilla, and/or blossom of Lavandula angustifolia, and/or blossom of Achillea millefolium, and/or blossom of Calendula officinalis. 2 claims
