The cap can find application in the food industry, in particular in the bottling of alcoholic drinks. It comprises a casing (1) with threads (3) on its outer surface for fitting it on the bottle, and perforated slits (4), found in one line, concentrically in the wall of the casing (1), and after them, casing (1) continues into a locking ring (5), which remains on the bottle neck. On the bottom of the cap, by means of a concentrical ring (6) a seat (7) is formed in which a sealing is fixed, in the form of a cork disc (2). The latter is completely thermally stable, is absolutely safe in contact with the foodstuff and guarantees that the organoleptic characteristics of the product do not change in the bottle with the time. 1 claim, 2 figures
