The supply block for a moving blind (1) comprises a set of elements necessary for the electric supply and control of closing and opening of the blind mounted in a housing at an upper post (3) of a window structure. The supply block comprises a battery, an electronic card and a photovoltaic panel (6) inside a case (5) which is mounted at the exterior of window structure on the housing (4) of the blind. The photovoltaic panel (6) occupies the front face of the case (5). The front wall of the case (5) with the photovoltaic panel (6) is mobile, and articulated around its upper horizontal axis so that the inclination of the panel is variable. The case (5) is made of a material which is resistant to teh elements, that is bad weather. The panel (6) comprises a peripheral joint. The case (5) integrates a control at a distance. The blind is mounted on a woodwork comprising a frame (2) formed by two rails (2a,2b) and the upper post (3), and comprises an electromotor (9) placed inside the housing (4) and along the axis of winding the blind. An electric cable (8) is passed through a small opening (7) to connect the electromotor (9) to the supply block.
