摘要 <p>The invention relates to a process and an installation for targeted electromagnetic circulation of a useful substance with cellular tropism, employed both in the treatment and in the diagnosis of a target-volume (4) in a living body (1). According to the invention, the process consists in determining the impedance characteristics of a tissue area (abcd) containing the target-volume (4), adiministering the useful substance to the living body (1) and then irradiating the the target-volume (4) in a pulsed electromagnetic field (2) until reaching the maximal level of local heat and vasodilation and the minimal level of the impedance characteristics, the irradiation being stopped until said characteristics return to values close to those reached in the absence of the pulsed electromagnetic field (2). The cycle is repeated for a period of time shorter or at least equal to the period of time required for the disappearance of the entire amount of useful substance from the body, resulting in an increase of the concentration of useful substance in the target-volume (4) and in a decrease thereof in the rest of the body. The claimed installation consists of an electromagnetic field generator (3), an impedance metering apparatus (7, 8, 9 and 10) and a reverse feedback control unit (11).</p>
