Fixing element consists of a metallic body (1) and a plastic head (3) which fits into a plastic support made up of a guide section (8) and a holding plate section (4) with a recess to accommodate the head of the fixing element. The head (3) has a radially thicker section (6) which is at least 5mm for the top end of the metallic shaft (1) which allows the head to firmly grip the plastic support while creating air pockets between the rest of the head and the support.
