<p>The ornithopter wing is used in aviation for flying machines with waving wings. It has high efficiency at different frequencies of the waving motions, especially in taking off. The wing includes a longeron of the inner section (1), connected to the body of the ornithopter by means a main pivot (3) and to the longeron of the external section (2) of the wing - by additional pivot (4). To longeron (2) an elastic element (9) is connected, which by its other end is connected to a steel rope (8), guided by rollers (7, 6 and 5) fitted in succession, mounted respectively at the end of a fixed arm (10), connected to the end of the longeron of the inner section (1) at the additional pivot (4) and the main pivot (3). At its other end, rope (8) is connected mechanically or by any other known manner to the gas pedal of the ornithopter engine. 1 claim, 1 figure</p> |
