<p>A system for the analysis of nucleic acid array hybridization information, comprising: a user facility, and a central data processing facility comprising: (i) a Web server that communicates with at least one user facility, receiving and transmitting hybridization information, supporting data analyses, and providing security and business functions, (ii) a database server that stores hybridization profiles, clinical information associated with hybridization profiles, and statistical information associated with hybridization profiles; and (iii) an application server that facilitates information exchange between the Web server and the database server and comprising database query for chip ID genetic pattern, database query for statistical data summary, pattern match statistical processing and results output functions; said Web server, said database server, and said application server are functionally connected together, said system is configured to receive, store and analyze nucleic acid array hybridization data and comprising a set of rules for comparing said nucleic acid array hybridization data to hybridization data stored in an updatable database having access to all input hybridization results, and comprising a set of rules linking hybridization data profiles with associated diagnosed conditions and treatment options to determine a physiological condition suggested by said analyzed data.</p> |
