PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk guide structure whereby a disk insertion port can be formed at a left-right symmetric position with respect to an operating panel even when it is difficult to place a loading unit on the operating panel by aligning the center of the disk insertion port to the center of a disk loaded to the loading unit. SOLUTION: The loading unit 3 is located on the operating panel 2 while the center SC of the disk inserting port 2a in the length direction is deviated from the center MC of the disk 8 loaded to the loading unit 3 in the length direction of the disk inserting port 2a. A guide means 11 for guiding the disk 8 toward the final loading position FP of the loading unit 3 is provided at the end of the disk inserting port 2a in the length direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
