PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a thermo couple probe for monitoring a temperature of a wheel space without impairing the reliability of the stator vane itself, in a closed gas turbine stator vane where it is structurally difficult to install the thermo couple. SOLUTION: In this gas turbine stator vane, a plurality of cooling medium circulating passages are formed inside, the cooling medium supplied from the external is circulated to cool the stator vane, and then recovered after cooling in at least the first cooling medium circulating passage among the plurality of cooling medium circulating passages, and the cooling medium supplied from the external is circulated to cool the stator vane, and a part of the cooling medium is discharged to a mainstream gas in the other second cooling medium circulating passage. A temperature measuring means for measuring a temperature of the wheel space is mounted through the second cooling medium circulating passage, and is fixed to a part leading to the external from the second cooling medium circulating passage, in a state of not restrained at an inlet part.
