PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lift and lower a headbox without tilting it in a headbox elevating type blind lifting and lowering a slat by lifting and lowering the headbox. SOLUTION: A rib 22c for preventing light leakage protruding downward from a front side or a rear surface side of the headbox 22 is formed, and a holding part 22d holding a weight member 50 in the headbox on the opposite side to a side where the rib 22c is formed is provided to hold the weight member 50 by the holding part 22d in the headbox 22.
