PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water collection device capable of inserting and connecting an auxiliary down pipe without causing a play. SOLUTION: This water collection device 1 is constituted in such a way that a main down pipe 11 and the auxiliary down pipe 12 are inserted into an opening part 2 formed by bringing a first opening part 2a for inserting the main down pipe and a second opening part 2b for inserting the auxiliary down pipe continuous on the right and left sides from above and a down pipe 13 is connected with an end connection 3 at a lower end. A plurality of vertical ribs 8 are formed on an inner face of the second opening part 2b in which the auxiliary down pipe 12 of the water collection device is inserted. Support step parts 8a supporting a lower end of the auxiliary down pipe 12 and having the same height are formed in each vertical rib 8. An upper part 8b higher than the support step part 8a is formed in such a manner that height of the rib is reduced when approaching the upper end of the rib. When the auxiliary down pipe 12 is inserted from above along an inner side of the vertical rib 8, components of force for pressing the auxiliary down pipe 12 from an outer side by the upper part 8b of each vertical rib 8 are generated, and these components of force are balanced to insert and connect the auxiliary down pipe 12 without causing a play.
