PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency stop device for a conveyor, particularly, a stop device for the conveyor capable of safely stopping a plurality of conveyors and safely re-starting the conveyors. SOLUTION: In this emergency stop device for the conveyor as a conveying apparatus driving an endless belt or rollers used for transporting loads in a construction site, working site, or warehouse, the stop device for urgently stopping all conveyors at the same time or at least one or more conveyors when a trouble occurs during a working is detachably installed directly or indirectly in the conveyors.
