PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain favorable printed images by enabling conveyance of a photographic paper sheet in a proper attitude in a photographic printer. SOLUTION: In this photographic printer provided with a conveying means for conveying the photographic paper sheet 2 and an exposing means for exposing and forming a photographic image on the photographic paper sheet 2 based on digital image data, in the middle of a conveying path of the conveying means, a paper-width measuring means WS for measuring the length of the photographic paper sheet in the lateral width direction of conveyance, and a conveying guide for changing a guide interval at both end edges of the photographic paper sheet in the lateral width direction of conveyance based on measurement information of the paper-width measuring means WS are provided.
