PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hunger for a paper cup and the like, which is to be used for hanging a paper or flexible-plastic cup, into which beer, juice and the like are poured, from a person's neck in a stadium or outdoors. SOLUTION: A hanging belt part and a cup holding part, which is provided in the intermediate part of the hanging belt part, are integrally formed by punching a soft raw material lacking elasticity; coupling parts, which are fitted into each other, are provided at both the ends of the belt part; and the hanger is used by fitting the cup into the cup holding part and hanging the belt part, both the ends of which are coupled together, from his/her neck.
