DISPERSION APPARATUS AND DISPERSION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently disperse a material to be processed without causing an increase in driving power and to improve the quality of a processed material. SOLUTION: Rotators 19 and stirring disks 18 are alternately fixed on a main shaft 15 in a cylinder 11 and they are rotated in union. The ratio D1/D2 of the outside diameter D1 of the rotators 19 to the inside diameter D2 of the cylinder is set in the range of 0.4-0.7. The ratio D1/P of the outside diameter D1 of the rotators to the array pitch P of the stirring disks 18 is set in the range of 1.4-3.0. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
