PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a position of a binding needle pierced into booklets is overlapped among a plurality of booklets and thereby the thickness is increased when the bound booklets are stacked on a paper delivery tray. SOLUTION: A paper sheet S delivered from an image forming device A is fed to a binding part 30 by a feeding means, and is stacked on a paper stacking tray 35 of a binding part 30. A plurality of sheets of the paper sheet S aligned by an aligning means 36 are bound by a binding means 40, and the bound and produced booklet Sa is delivered onto the paper delivery tray by a paper delivery part. A booklet orthogonal movement means 70 for shifting the booklet Sa delivered onto a lifting paper delivery tray 62 from the binding part 30 to a paper width direction crossing the paper delivery direction at right angles is provided on the lifting paper delivery tray 62.
