PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fasten a screw favorably in precision by restraining the fluctuation of output torque. SOLUTION: A first bevel gear 24 which is a spiral bevel gear is coaxially supported with a spindle 8 and is made free to integrally rotate with the spindle 8 in front of the spindle 8 in an angle head. Additionally, an output shaft 30 is orthogonally axially supported with the first bevel gear 24 in front of the first bevel gear 24, its lower end is projected below the angle head 7, and a second bevel gear 31 which is a spiral bevel gear integrally fitted at an intermediate position of the output shaft 30 is engaged with the first bevel gear 24.
