PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair with a cover attaching structure capable of securing the fine appearance of the chair and having the strength and durability more excellent than a conventional one, and a cover of the chair. SOLUTION: A back cover C attached to a backrest 3 to form the upholstery consists of a cover body 6 and a board-like body 7 attached to the inner side of the cover body 6. The chair has a fixing means F for fixing the board-like body 7 to the backrest 3, and the back cover C is attached to the backrest 3 by fixing the board-like body 7 to the backrest 3 with the fixing means F.
