<p>This invention discloses a process and a device for shaping the loosen material of raw vegetable matter. The process may be carried out by shredding the raw vegetable matter into loosen granule and pressing it into a mould. There is at least one wedge-shaped chamber between the pressing head and the squeezing surface of a molding die. After being grind, rubbed and stretched by the pressing head and the squeezing surface which move relatively to each other, the granular vegetable material is carried to the narrow end of the wedged-shaped chamber so that it is squeezed into the cavity of molding die. The product obtained by the present process and apparatus possesses certain intensity of tension and moisture resistance so as to be convenient for preservation and reduce the cost of production, transportation and storage.</p> |
