<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic photoelectric flashing device preventing a trouble from occurring due to the incomplete connection or the like of cables, without lowering a molding property, weathering property, and shock-resistant property of an outer shell. <P>SOLUTION: The molding property, weathering property, shock-resistant property, or the like of the outer shell 1 is satisfied as in the past by constructing a terminal block 30 having a plurality of terminals 31 and a housing 32 housing the terminals 31 separately from the outer shell 1, and forming the outer shell by a thermoplastic resin.
