<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap with braille for easily recognizing the braille, preventing the braille from being damaged, and preventing troubles by presence of the braille, and a packaging container using the cap. <P>SOLUTION: The braille 16 is formed in a recessed part 15 formed in a top surface 4a or a side surface 5a. The recessed part is formed in the cap with the braille, and the braille is formed therein.
